President
Dallas brings 40 years of utility construction experience to our team. He uses his Bachelor's in Accounting to help finish projects under budget and on time. His hobbies include hiking, hunting, fish husbandry, and beekeeping.
Adam Merrill

Adam Merrill

Vice-President
Adam has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and over 20 years of construction experience. As our Estimator, he coordinates all of our bidding needs. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also loves camping, hunting, and fishing.
Andrew Petersen

Andrew Petersen

Project Manager
Andrew has a Bachelor's in Finance and 14 years of experience in the construction industry. As our customer advocate, he makes a point to keep our clients informed of the work we are doing. Andrew has a wife and three children and enjoys spending most of his free time with them.
Cameron Petersen

Cameron Petersen

Estimator
Since he has over a decade of field experience as a driver, mechanic, and equipment manager, Cameron's unique perspective allows him to communicate effectively with all parties and see the big picture when assembling a bid. Cameron is a strong advocate for safety.

Toni Hauser

Controller
Toni earned her BS in Business Administration and has more than 30 years of experience in Accounting. When she takes a break from crunching numbers, Toni enjoys making quilts and reading. She appreciates chocolate in any form.
Darren Freestone

Darren Freestone

Assistant Project Manager
Darren works with vendors and foremen, coordinating supplies for all our jobs. His friendly, approachable attitude and 20 years of experience in the Construction industry make him an invaluable asset to our team. Darren is also a talented wildlife photographer and loves Hawaiian pizza.
Tawna Burnett

Tawna Burnett

Accounts Payable Manager
With 32 years of experience in Accounting, 15 years in the construction industry, and 5 years as an office manager, Tawna brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is our master multitasker, managing diverse responsibilities including payroll, records security, inventory, taxes, and more. Tawna also serves as our in-house notary.
Glen Jones

Glen Jones

Equipment Manager
Glen has 20 years of mechanical experience and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He coordinates repairs, mentors mechanics, and manages our shop with an emphasis on preventative maintenance. He loves old cars and traditional Spanish food.
